Simple, honest pricing

$119 a month (plus tax) for one adult.
That fee covers unlimited visits, long appointments, and direct messaging with your provider during extended hours.

There is a one-time $75 registration fee when you join. It covers setting up your account and your first health review.

Your first health review

Your first visit is a full hour with your doctor. We go over your health history, listen to your concerns, and talk about what you want from your care. This is the start of a doctor who knows you.

Labs, imaging, and other costs

Lab work, medications, imaging, and procedures are billed separately. We have wholesale pricing agreements for labs and imaging, so you pay low prices. Whenever we can, we tell you the cost before you decide.

Family memberships

We offer memberships for families. Contact us and we will find the right fit for you.
